Arrow roll, and the most expensive tree in the game at 50 points. Build it only if you are staying on it.

What it costs to build
The World needs 50 skill points to finish its tree — separate from the 77-point player tree you share with every other Stand. Stand trees are per-Stand, so points spent here do not travel with you when you swap.
