What it costs to build
The Hand needs 28 skill points to finish its tree — separate from the 77-point player tree you share with every other Stand. Stand trees are per-Stand, so points spent here do not travel with you when you swap.

Hit split and cooldowns are the numbers on the official card. The board does not publish damage, so a longer move list is not a damage ranking.
Bought, not rolled
The Hand is the odd one out: it comes from the Early Access Gamepass, a lifetime purchase that also lets you play unfinished movesets before release. To use it, rejoin, go standless and pick the Early Access slot in Stand Storage.
If you want a different Stand instead you have to delete or store the Early Access entry — that does not permanently delete it.
Skins
The skins board has no Hand section. Skins on this Stand are not documented there, so do not trust a tier list that names them.
