Getting points back
The Locacaca refunds all your skill points and nothing else. It does not reset your Stand, your speciality or your weapon — that distinction is the most common thing players get wrong.

Locacacas are limited: 25 max, from 1% floor spawns, daily rewards, legendary chests, presents (40%), Dimensional Tears (4%), or the Black Market Dealer at $100,000 (which buys them back at $40,000).
