What each part does
Every part is merged while standless and grants something different. This is the Steel Ball Run unlock system — most of that part's Stands do not come from Arrows at all.

The board lists the same source pool for nearly every part:

Those are the rates printed on the official cards. At 0.625% and 1%, plan for a grind rather than a lucky session.

D4C -Love Train- is the payoff: D4C equipped plus every part equipped and merged.
Should you sell or merge?
Selling is real money — a Heart is $60,000. But the Heart and the Left Arm are the two parts that hand you a Stand, so selling those costs you progress, while selling spare legs for $20,000-$30,000 rarely does. Decide which Stands you want before you cash anything in.
