What a Pure Arrow actually gives you
A skin — an alternate appearance for the Stand you already have. It is guaranteed, unlike the 1% skin chance on a normal Arrow. It does not reroll your Stand.
The pity reset is the catch
Every Arrow you use adds +0.2% to your skin chance on top of the base 1%, and the counter resets the moment you get a skin. A Pure Arrow resets that counter too, so firing one after a long dry streak wipes everything you built up.

How to get one
- Robux, from the in-game shop.
- Craft it from the Pure Arrow schematic: $100,000 + 5x Gold Ingot plus components. It is the most expensive schematic in the game.
