What it costs to build
Killer Queen needs 24 skill points to finish its tree — separate from the 77-point player tree you share with every other Stand. Stand trees are per-Stand, so points spent here do not travel with you when you swap. Because it has an evolution, do not roll away from Killer Queen before you use it.
